Intro to Natural Medicine

This course is an overview of naturopathic medicine, including a brief history, training required to practice, how to find a good doctor, and an explanation of various therapies such as herbs, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, nutrition, and supplements. Examples of various treatments will be shown, along with case studies to illustrate how the therapies work. Examples of the utilization of the principles of natural medicine will be discussed, including finding and treating the cause of disease, treating the whole person, and prevention.
